Welcome to PAVIA! By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that may be posted on the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site.

2. Orders and Delivery

  • Ordering: Orders can be placed through our Site. We currently ship flowers to locations within the United States.

  • Delivery: All flowers are delivered directly from farms to the customer's or recipient's door via UPS. The earliest delivery date is two days from the order date. Delivery schedule:

    • Orders placed on Monday: Delivery on Thursday

    • Orders placed on Tuesday: Delivery on Friday

    • Orders placed on Thursday: Delivery on Monday

    • Orders placed on Friday: Delivery on Tuesday

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Site.

4. Refund and Return Policy

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please contact our customer service at info@paviaflowers.com if you have any issues with your order.

  • Order Issues: If there is a problem with your order, such as damage during transit or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review each case and provide a resolution at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PAVIA and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAVIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the products in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
