Some of our blooms, like the Gerbera, grace your home for around 7 days, while others, like the Lilies, can bring joy for up to 20 days. Each flower tells its own story, adding a unique touch of nature’s elegance to your space.

What are the price ranges for your arrangements?

Our floral creations are designed to suit various tastes and budgets, starting from just a single stem. Each arrangement is crafted with care, and prices range from $69 to $109 depending on the flowers you choose. At PAVIA, we strive to make every moment special with our thoughtfully curated bouquets, no matter the size or occasion.

How many flowers are in each arrangement, depending on the size?

The magic of flowers lies in their diversity, and at PAVIA, we tailor each arrangement to bring out the best in every bloom. Generally:

- Medium arrangements feature 16 to 25 vibrant stems.

- Large arrangements boast 26 to 70 exquisite stems.

Each bouquet is a harmonious blend of nature’s finest, created to leave a lasting impression.

What care should be taken with the flowers, and do you offer anything to extend their durability?

To ensure your PAVIA flowers remain as fresh and enchanting as the day they arrived, place them in a cool area of your home, away from direct sunlight and strong drafts. Fresh water is the lifeblood of your blooms—keep their vase full and clean, and they’ll continue to brighten your space with their beauty. We’re committed to providing you with flowers that not only captivate but also endure.

Where do your flowers come from?

PAVIA’s commitment to quality begins at the source. **99% of our flowers are lovingly cultivated in Colombia**, with many coming from the lush regions of Medellín and Bogotá. Each bloom is nurtured with care, ensuring it arrives at your door full of life and ready to create magical moments.

How far in advance should arrangements be ordered?

While we accept orders at any time, we recommend planning ahead to ensure the freshest delivery. Because our flowers travel directly from the farm to your or your recipient’s door, the soonest we can deliver is two business days from the order date. We collaborate with renowned, national shipping carriers to ensure your floral arrangements arrive safely and securely. UPS is our main trusted shipping partner who bring the magic of our flowers to destinations across the continental U.S. (we’re sorry, Hawaii and Alaska!). Please note that our delivery partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or hospitals.

Choose from two arrangement sizes (Medium, Large) and two delivery frequencies (biweekly or monthly). Whether you opt for a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual package, our subscription service is designed to bring the beauty of fresh flowers into your life with ease. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

At PAVIA, we strive to ensure your flowers reach their destination in perfect condition. However, it's crucial to provide the correct shipping address to avoid any delivery issues. Please review your address carefully before finalizing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@paviaflowers.com. We will make every effort to correct the address if your order has not yet been processed.

For your convenience, our checkout process includes address verification to help prevent errors. If the address you enter cannot be validated, you will be prompted to acknowledge that you are responsible for any misdelivery or delivery issues resulting from an unverified address. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and verifiable.

PAVIA cannot be held responsible for any orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses or external factors beyond our control (such as weather or natural disasters). Orders with incorrect addresses or affected by unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
