Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your bouquet arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate your concern and may offer a replacement or partial refund if appropriate.
Substitutions: To ensure the highest quality, we may substitute flower varieties, types, or colors. While these substitutions are made to maintain the bouquet’s beauty, we cannot offer refunds or redeliveries for them.
Delivery Issues: PAVIA does not provide refunds or redeliveries for delivery-related issues, including package loss, damage, shipping delays, or theft. Please verify the delivery details to ensure successful receipt.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of ordering. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
